Shipping Information:
Orders for instock items will be shipped within two business days with deliver dependant on the mode selected.
Special orders will be processed within two business days, but the customer should expect two to three weeks delivery depending on residence location.
Orders placed on line may be picked up at one of our local store locations: Killeen Sew and Quilt, Temple Sew And Quilt, or Waco Sew and Quilt.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns And Refunds:
Stock items returned in salable condition may be returned for full refund minus a 10% restocking fee unless waved. Customer is liable for all shipping expenses.
No returns will be accepted on special order items, and no refunds paid on special order items.
If an item is out of stock, it will automatically be back ordered and the customer notified of the delay in shipping. The order may be cancelled by the customer in such cases if delivery is more than thirty days, and a full refund will be issued.
